Vehicle will not downshift from 4th gear to 3rd gear smoothly. sometimes clutch sticks when downshifting from 5th to 4th gear. dealer is aware of the problem. the problem has not been corrected. please provide any further information.

Clutch would not go into reverse, and also there was resistance when putting it into second gear. in addition, vehicle failed to start. it began with a hesitation and then failed to start. also defroster malfunctioned.
