Bracket which holds the fan broke off and caused the fan to cut into the radiator. dealer notified, and part was not covered under warranty.

The a/c compressor bracket broke off from the engine. after the bracket broke, the truck overheated. while looking under the hood there were several parts including the fan, power steering and a/c belts loose.
