1995 CHEVROLET C SERIES(MEDIUM) in Humble, TX
Solder joint on circuit board cracked and caused windshield wipers not work. dealership sold consumer this part, and he repaired it himself. there was a recall for this problem, but consumer's vehicle was not included due to vin #.
