Seat belts move back and forth while driving and they won't open when the car is stopped. also, sun roof and speedometer malfunctioned/ noisy engine due to timing chain failure. in addition, replaced egr valve and canister.

Ntermittently the power shoulder belt used to retract. now shoulder belt does not retract at all. dealer and manufacturer have been contacted.
