Ferrari has announced that they will be recalling certain models of the 2004 through 2007 Scaglietti. They stated that certain models have been known to have a malfunction of a sensor in the Formula 1 transmission. This malfunction could make it impossible to shift gears.

Ferrari is recalling certain models of the 2005 through 2007 Scaglietti vehicles equipped with F1 transmissions. A nonconforming clutch sensor in the transmission could malfunction under normal operating conditions due to the heat produced by the vehicle.

Volkswagen will start recalling 340,000 cars in the U.S. at the end of October to fix headlights that cannot be aligned properly, increasing the risk of a crash, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
