General Motors Corp. announced that they will be recalling certain models of the 2008 Pontiac Solstice. They stated that certain passenger vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard NO. 207, “Seating systems” and standard NO. 210 “Seat belt assembly anchorages”.

General Motors Corp. has announced that they will be recalling certain models of the 2007 Cadillac CTS. They stated that on certain passenger vehicles, the rear axle pinion seal does not meet all of the specifications and may experience a fluid leak.

General Motors Corp. announced that they are recalling certain 2001 GMC Yukons. GM Said that on certain pickup trucks equiped with an 8.1L V8 engine, the crankshaft position can operate immediately or fail completely. If the sensor operates intermediately, the SES light may illuminate and the vehicle may run rough. The engine may stall, and if so, may re-start immediately or after a cool down period.

General Motors Corp. recalled 69,000 Chevrolet, GMC and Pontiac pickups and SUVs and more than 20,000 Saturn cars for repairs including adding interior safety foam and fixing a timing chain.
