		<description>There seems to be quite a few issues of lamps without amber side reflectors being on recall lists, and from various manufacturers too. Is this due to a change in legislation or something to that effect? I mean, how could they allow a Toyota Corolla to run with wrong / defective equipment for 3 odd years?</description>
