Diamler Chrysler has announced that they will be recalling certain models of the 2008 Chrysler 300, 2008 Dodge Charger, and the 2008 Dodge magnum. They stated that the torque retention crimp feature was missed during the manufacturing of one lot of rear axle hub nuts. This could cause the nuts to loosen and allow the halfshaft to disengage from the wheel hub.
This could cause the vehicle to lose power and result in a crash without warning. Dealers will replace the rear axle hub nuts free of charge. The recall is expected to begin during July 2008. Owners may contact Chrysler at 1-800-853-1403.

This sounds all to familiar. If you live in the state of California, I found out that the California Lemon Law protects consumers. I actually got a lawyer and had my car repurchased.
