On the inner part of the tire they split at the center all around the tire and air leaks out and it cannot be repaired said more than one tire shop they recommend checking for recall because that is not something that they normally see with a tire. If you are looking at the tire it is above midway up to the top and it seems like it is where the tire was put together or bonded. These are not retreads, that was the first thing I thought but the tire shops said no they were not.
