YAMAHA has issued a recall on certain models of its XJR 1300. The recall only applies to vehicles with chassis numbers from JYARP1910000301 to JYARP1910002822.
There are concerns that, on those models, water can get into the motor because of tears at the butterfly valve sensor. The problem can lead to the bike cutting out or stuttering at low revs.
If you own a bike affected contact your nearest Yamaha dealer for the problem to be rectified.
