KTM North America Inc. is recalling All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) sold nationwide from August 2007 to September 2007. The rear brake caliper support can crack; this could result in the potential for a loss of the use of the rear brake and subsequently lead to an accident.
This recall involves KTM model year 2008 450XC and 525XC ATVs. The ATV’s are orange and black in color and have 450XC and 525 XC branded on the side as well as the KTM™ logo.
Consumers should contact their local KTM dealer to schedule an appointment for a free repair.
